Upon submitting payment, you are agreeing that you are above the age of 21. If the order is being shipped, someone over the age of 21 must be present at time of delivery to present a signature and receive the package. Treehouse Vineyards uses a 3rd party shipping service and is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment.
